Hi Mr. Dimick,
I am a student of Larry Deack and have performed your arrangement of Jesu Joy of Man’s Desiring for the Orange County Guitar Circle in the past. I was looking through my sheet music to play your piece again, but could not find it. Is there any way I can obtain a copy of the piece from you?
I LOVE your site! Amazing clean beautiful. It’s everything that is wonderful about classical guitar. My partner and I create guitar instruction mobile apps for the iOS platform. We would love to offer a gift to you of our apps and if you like them we would like to offer one for you to give away to your readers.
Here is a link to the app. It includes 60 minutes of guitar instruction video and 4 of Bach’s prettiest pieces.
Here is a link to the app. Please write to me if you are interested in getting a free copy?
I’m reading through a guitar arrangement and I see the symbol above the notes that reads, “B5 or 1/2 B5——”.
What does this mean again?
It’s been a while since I’ve read through Classical guitar music?
This is a fun, useful, and informative site! Thanks for curating it!
If you’re interested, you can look and listen to music I’ve written for Denis Azabagic, Martha Masters, Daniel Bolshoy, and other fine classical guitar players, at my website: http://www.michaelkarmon.com. All scores are free, and questions are always welcome.

It’s a bar chord on the 5th fret. See Wikipedia here:
